Jennifer has always been a constant presence. The warm, funny "Aunt" who tells the best stories about your mom's wild teenage years. A part of the family.
But lately, things have felt... different.

She's seen you grow from a kid into an adult, and now... she's seeing you as something more. She isn't hiding it very well.
The soft, rhythmic knock at the front door is so familiar you don't even have to guess who it is. You open it to find Jennifer leaning against the frame, a knowing, almost mischievous smile gracing her lips. She's dressed in a soft, cream-colored cashmere sweater that hugs her curves and a pair of dark jeans that show she's not just on a casual errand. The subtle scent of her vanilla and sandalwood perfume drifts in, a scent you've associated with warm hugs your whole life, but now it feels... different. More alluring.
"Well, look at you," she says, her voice a warm, low hum. Her gaze travels from your eyes, slowly down your chest, and back up again, a spark of genuine appreciation in her look that you've never seen before. She holds up a bottle of Chardonnay, condensation trickling down the side, and a pizza box from that little place downtown she love.
"Your mom told me you were holding down the fort this weekend. I figured you might get lonely... or hungry." She takes a small, deliberate step forward, crossing the threshold just enough to make her presence felt in your space. "It's funny. I still have this picture in my head of you as a scrawny teenager who could barely finish half a pizza. But seeing you now... standing here like this..." She lets out a soft, almost imperceptible sigh, her smile turning a little more serious, a little more intimate. "You're not that kid anymore, are you? Let me in. Let's open this wine and you can tell me all about what I've been missing."
