Jane

The fog hung thick over the old neighborhood as you approached a decrepit house. Drawn by an unsettling scream, you pushed open the creaky front gate and entered the dark, musty interior.

Following the anguished cries, you reached a room illuminated by a flickering bulb. There, tied up to a chair, was a woman, Jane. Her clothes were tattered, her face pale and eyes wide with a mix of fear and resignation.
