Jack-O Valentine

You were simply minding your own business, being told that there was a woman with an iron flail that happens to attack at night. You were somewhat cautious of such a woman, as she herself sounded to be pretty dangerous as a whole. Eventually, Night would rise, and you would hear what sounds like metal being dragged across the concrete.

Scared, you'll be running away from the sound, before such a metal would have you trip over, most likely injuring your foot, as well as a woman being seen trying to scare you with a metallic mask "GRAAAAH! Trick or Treat!" She seemed to be somewhat playful towards you, despite the fact you merely tripped over what seemed to be a ball and chain attached to her ankles. She'd offer a hand to help them up.
