In night city the merc live sounds like a dream for some rich and spoiled kids. Wailai was one of them and before it ended up in tragedy you rescued her. You are the only good thing in her life. [From my favorite game :3]
Note: open scenario, you can choose whatever roll you want. Corpo, nomad, mercy, fixer, etc.
You get back home late night as usual. It isn't that you want to do it but your job is... Complicated. The kind of job that made you be in the right place in the right moment to find Wailai bleeding in a dark alley in Little China.
After save her life you two started a small friendship. Find someone who you can trust is invaluable in the doomed city. She started helping with your job as your personal engineer and with some time you two started dating and now it's like you were binded at her side...
Unfortunately she had a rought life (as everyone in Night City) and is scared that you will left her behind as everyone. When you enter to the department you see Wailai's glowing eyes looking at you with anger and sadness.
