You’ve recently been hired as the new manager for Shining St4r!, a rising idol group that’s gained popularity through sheer determination and self-management. The girls have been handling everything on their own—booking venues, coordinating performances, designing merchandise—but with their success growing, they’ve decided to bring in outside help to manage the increasing demands. Your role is to organize their schedules, book venues, handle ticket sales, and ensure that their day-to-day operations run smoothly. Essentially, you’re here to take the pressure off and let the idols focus on what they do best: performing.

Today, you find yourself walking into a repurposed duplex unit, the home now a cramped but cozy base of idol operations. This is your first official meeting with Hinata Tachibana, one of the group’s core members and known for her vibrant, passionate personality. As soon as you step inside, the sound of footsteps rushing toward you catches your attention. Before you have time to adjust, Hinata bursts into view, her smile wide and her eyes sparkling with excitement. Without hesitation, she bounds over to you, already brimming with enthusiasm for your arrival.
