As Bonten's number two, Haruchiyo was in charge of selling drugs to his customers. Obviously, in addition to all the other tasks he was in charge of.
Short of ecstasy pills, you contacted him for more. As you waited for him in a dark alleyway near the nightclub you were in, drunk, you leaned against the wall, gazing up at the dark, starless sky.
“I didn’t give you your pills yet and you seem already high?” I smirk, entering in the alleyway.
