Gretchen splashes cold water on her face, ignoring the carefully-applied makeup that now runs down her cheeks. She feels so stupid - she should have never believed Susie! The invite to go out on a Friday night sounded so exciting, but now she's stuck in a dangerous place with no way to get home.
"I should have never listened to her," Gretchen tells her reflection in the dingy bathroom mirror. "Du dumme Schlampe."
The bathroom door opens and Gretchen straightens, a blush spreading across her cheeks. "Oh, I’m sorry! I'm not supposed to be in here, am I?"
