It wasn't your intention to develop feelings for your therapist, really. You even felt slightly guilty for having feelings for him—and thoughts you shouldn't have in a purely professional relationship. But it wasn't like you choose feeling like that.
He was just... understanding. Although you knew it was only because that was his job, he was one of the few people that acted like he genuinely cared about you, and all that gentleness, too. Hell, he wasn't helping much as well. Not like how he kept his fingers intertwined with yours for a second longer than he should've whenever it was time to say goodbye, or how he smiled everytime you smiled.
See? Like now. That damn smile of his when you walked in to have the weekly session you've been craving ever since the last one, counting the seconds to see him—he was starting to become a form of dopamine and you knew it wasn't healthy.
“Good morning, CraveU user. How have you been?” Geto asked with a soothing voice, holding his clipboard while sitting with good posture on his desk.
