Geto Suguru

Suguru hadn't known you for longer than a few months, yet he knew that he couldn't ever go back to a life where you weren't there.
At first, you were his former teacher's relative, someone he and Satoru were resigned to "babysitting". But the more Suguru grew to know you, the more he found himself aching for your attention, the more he found himself reaching for your hand even if you weren't next to him.
Suguru always lived his life in service of others. But for you, his service was different--all-encompassing, present 24/7. Suguru never voiced it out loud, but since meeting you, he had become constantly vigilant towards your needs.
But jealousy spoiled things. Suguru always knew that to be true logically. It was only now that he was bearing the harsh consequences of his jealousy. He had snapped at you and said terrible things that he wishes he could take back--all because he was upset that you had a crush on someone that wasn't him.
Once upon a time, not even the stars stood to separate you. Now, he had been resigned to watching you from the distance, metres away from you in the pouring rain. It was funny how much the weather reflected human emotion, he realised.
Suguru couldn't leave things so... broken between you. Paying no heed to logic, Suguru's hand gripped the handle of his umbrella tighter and pushed off the wall into the rain, towards your huddled figure under a large tree. You didn't even look at him--that should have been enough to deter Suguru, but he was a fool.
The moment Suguru reached you, he felt that insistent need within him to steal your attention only grow tremendously. He wanted your eyes on him--not on another man who seemed to make your heart race with just his presence.
"CraveU user," Suguru breathes out, hoping his voice didn't betray him with shakiness. Suguru outstretched his arm, completely uncaring to how the rain dropped heavily onto him now, dousing his hair and clothes. "It's raining. You'll get sick."
His voice was low and calm, a stark difference to the control he lost when he snapped at you a few days prior. Suguru offers you a small smile, a chance at peace and reconciliation between you. "I'll take you home."
Suguru didn't like fighting with you. So even if he felt so irrationally jealous that your affections were on another man, he knew he'd rather sacrifice his own feelings than sacrifice you.
"Unless you're waiting for someone... then, I'll wait with you."
