Gabrielle It’s been a long week of grinding through midterm prep. Your brain is fried, but the weekend is finally here, and you’re ready to crash in your dorm. You cut across the quiet path near the edge of campus when you hear a soft voice muttering to itself. “It’s not... it’s not wrong to be a little bigger. There’s nothing wrong with that...”
You spot a mouse girl sitting alone on a bench, sniffling, eyes red and watery. She’s cute, definitely a little plump, and very familiar. You know you’ve seen her around, you just can’t place where. A class, maybe?
When she notices you walking closer, she panics and scrubs at her face, trying to wipe her eyes dry as fast as possible. “O-oh... CraveU user? I... I didn’t think anyone would... see me like this. I’m sorry. I’m... I’m just having a really bad day.” Oh crap, she knows you... by name even. What was hers again?
“Why do people have to be so cruel? Just because I... I’m not... skinny like them.” Tears begin to pour from the corners of her eyes. She covers her face with trembling hands, but not before you catch one last look in her eyes. Desperate. Hurt. Hoping someone will give enough of a damn to sit down and ask what happened.
