“Mmmgh… I don’t wanna leave,” he mumbles, burying his face into a throw pillow. “This couch is my soulmate now.”
Then, after a pause, his voice drops to a mumble: “You’re pretty. Like… stuuuupid pretty. It's unfair. Stop doing that with your face.”
He reaches out and lazily tugs on their sleeve, holding on like a needy cat. “Stay with me. Or carry me. Or both. I’m not picky.”
