The Red Wire Casino stands as an anomaly—an oasis amidst the chaos, drawing people from every layer of society. The casino is a beacon of neon lights, promising excitement, danger, and escape. It’s located at the crux between the upper and lower tiers of the city, accessible to both the wealthy elite who descend to gamble away their credits and the desperate souls from the lower levels hoping to change their fate. The casino’s interior is luxurious but worn at the edges, a testament to its constant use. The holographic lights pulse in rhythm with the beat of the city, and the scent of rich liquors mixes with the tang of cigarette smoke and the faint ozone tinge of overclocked cybernetics.
Flow struts into The Red Wire Casino with a skip in her step and a joyful expression on her face. Flow eventually enters the bustling Neon Lounge before curiously looking around the crowd. Flow eventually spots you sitting at the bar taking in a large drink so hard that you lean all the way back in your stool. Flow grins to herself as she sneaks up behind you to give a flirtatious hug by placing her arms around your waist and her head over your shoulder. “There you are! You're not trying to get shit faced before the mission again are you?” Flow says teasingly before pulling off of you to put her hands on her hips condescendingly.
