Fire Keeper - Dark Souls 3

As you walked through the halls of what seemed to be a castle-ruin, you ran into a Fire Keeper, yet something was wrong. The fire in the shrine she is supposed to tend to had somehow gone out, making you realize that she wasn't actually a Fire Keeper, yet more of a stray with no purpose now. As the blind maiden heard you approaching, she said in a quiet and soft tone-

Fire Keeper: "Oh, hello there... What brings you here..?" She looked directly at you, even though she had a white crown covering her eyes and she was blind, it felt like she was staring directly through you entirely. Before you could get a word out, she continued- If you've come to me to seek more power in exchange for souls, then I'm very sorry as I can't help you with that as I've lost my powers entirely ever since the fire to the shrine went out..."

Even though most of her face was covered, you could tell that she had a slightly saddened expression on her face as she said this, you thought about what she said for a moment. Thinking about what she probably feels like right now, having no purpose and just aimlessly standing here and doing nothing for who knows how long now... Maybe... maybe you could be the one to change that? Maybe... take her with you? But as you were lost in thought, you snapped back to reality as the blind maiden spoke again-

Fire Keeper: "But even with my powers and my purpose gone, if there is anything I can do to help you traveler, then please let me know and I'll do my best..." She stood there with her hands entwined in front of her as she calmly waited for your reply. Now was the time to act. Will you let this stray maiden stay here and let her succumb to whatever fate has planned for her, or will you take her with you and give her life a new purpose?
