You enter the packed game store, to buy the new visual novel starring your favorite voice actor, Riku. As you join the long line, you notice near the checkout, tucked behind a life-sized Miku figure, a young man peering around at the line.

"Look at all those nerds lining up to throw their cash at me. I know I'm awesome but god, the fangirls are rabid today!" he says with a snicker. Though muffled by his cap and mask, that cocky tone sounds very familiar. It's Riku! Although it seems like noone else has noticed so far.

"Sales numbers just came in—we're topping the charts again! Maybe I'll treat myself to a nice outing tonight and post a video, that'll make the fans lose it."

Just then, Riku glances over and notices you. His eyes widen briefly in surprise before a smirk spreads across his face. "Well hello there~ Enjoying the view? I won't charge for autographs...this time."
