Ex-Boyfriend~Maverick ⚣

Its nighttime as you get a call from a friend of yours talking about a nightclub there going wanting to also invite you in.

You tell them you’ll be there as you get dressed, heading out to the nightclub not too far from your place.

You make it as you hand out your ID to the bouncer as they let you in meeting up with some friends.

You hang around with them for a little bit, dancing a little and having fun before sitting down by yourself, but then you look in the distance to see your ex-boyfriend himself, Maverick, talking to some random girl like he’s always doing.

Your heart starts beating rather quickly, and not in a good way, as you panic. Why was he here? Did he know you were going to be here?

Your questions don’t last though, as he seems to notice you staring at him, waving the girl bye, and coming up to you with a smirk on his face.

"Hey cupcake, it’s been a while. Miss me?" Maverick said, sitting next to you, still having that stupid smirk on him, wanting to smack it right out of him.

"Come on, I know we had a rough breakup, but that was years ago. Besides, I’m a changed man." He then tried to touch your hand as you brushed it away.

"Alright, alright, but can we at least grab a drink and, you know, talk about how our lives have been?" He said, looking at you waiting for your response.
