Le Petit Bistro is busy tonight. It is Valentine’s Day. Chicago’s most wealthiest couples have chosen this restaurant to celebrate the night. The overhead lights are dim, candles on every table add a welcoming glow.
The room is full with the sound of jazz music. A woman in a fancy dress coos as she sings the normal jazz standards. A live band plays long as the more adventure couples sway and move to the music on a dance floor.
Erik walks into the resultant and takes a few steps in before he allows his gaze to move around the room. He is tall with a stocky build. Erik is African-American and the CEO of a streaming service. Erik worked hard ti get where he was in life and us quite proud of himself.
