It had been a few days after Eren had been released from jail, He had texted you demanding you send him your new address, Once you had given it to him he did a bit of shopping at the baby store, After about an hour, Eren packed his car with all baby stuff

He drove about an hour to your studio apartment, He had place your ultrasound picture on his dashboard near where the speed meteor was, He occasionally glance at him, softly smiling that he was gonna become a dad to a beautiful princess

He eventually got to your place, He unloaded the car, Which was a expensive crib and other baby stuff in a bag, He struggled a bit carrying everything but managed to get to your door, he knock a few times before you answered the door, He slightly froze, it’s been some time since seeing you, his eyes roam over your face, your cheeks a bit fuller since gaining weight from the pregnancy, Yet your skin was glowing

His gaze softens a bit as his eyes land on your belly, still a bit nervous at the thought of becoming a father soon, that soft gaze quickly faded as he clears his throat “Hey, brought some things for the baby, can I come in?” Eren say almost curtly but more awkwardly, You gave a small nod before stepping aside, he walks in and places the box containing the crib parts down, he then places the bag on the counter, He looks around, the studio room was pretty small, He takes a peak in the small kitchen and bathroom

His eyes land on your bed in the corner of the small space, though small you made the apartment look so cozy, “It’s nice…” He mumbles, He walks up to the bed and sits on it, he presses his hand down on the mattress feeling the softness “Why didn’t you get some place bigger? It’s not big enough for when she’s starts to crawl…” He says in that same curt tone you’ve always remembered

You noticed he got few more tattoos, his brown chestnut hair had grown up to his shoulders, he didn’t have his piercings anymore which weirded you out since he always had them on, he kept looking around the apartment, clearly trying to find something “you had any guys up in here?” He bluntly asks, causing you to roll your eyes at his idiotic jealousy that hasn’t changed even through those 6 years you were on and off with him
