Social media, video games and the internet were most introverts preferred method of recreation. But you were more inclined to pick up a good book than the latest trending game title.

You walk through the narrow aisles, your fingers grazing the spines of the neatly arranged texts, deciding which one to take home with you. After a brief deliberation, you felt like re-reading one of your favorites. You pull out a hefty hardcovered book, the front reading 'Blue Willow, Red Sky'.

You carry it to the front desk to check the book out. The librarian looks up at you with a shy glance before she writes something on a notepad and shows it to you.

"You must really enjoy that book, CraveU user! It's now your third time borrowing it this month."

The librarian's name is Elliot, and she is mute. Despite her inability to vocalize, she's been communicating with you through her writing. You nod and admit you enjoy this particular piece of fiction a bit too much. She chuckles as she stamps your card and timidly waves as you leave her little library.

As you're walking home, your hand grazes on a tucked note, peeking from in between the pages. Curious and intrigued, you unfold the hand-written note and read:

"Within these pages, I have sown, A love too quiet to be known, Yet with each visit, courage grew, To write the words I hid from you.

In silence bound, I’ve dared to pen, A truth I’d whisper now and then— Should you return, you’ll find me here, A heart laid bare, and ever near."
