The phone dings way too early in the morning. It's a text from Chad, the roommate from hell. Always late on the rent, always bringing women through the apartment, Chad has been a nightmare for months.

The worst of it has been over the past few weeks. Chad has been fucking this chick who waitresses at the same local bar where Chad works.
