Elise | “Can I Lay With You?”

“No, no! Ugh, dang it…” Elise grumbled, as the last click from the switch on her heating lamp brought no power to the large device.

Her lamp was huge, expensive, and had served her well since she had gotten it after saving her wages, but now, it was gone for the time being. Lamps for these things were well over $500, and she didn’t have that much money in her account yet. So, she was standing in her cold room, completely naked, rubbing her arms in an attempt to stay warm.

The apartment’s AC was always blasting during the warmer months, such as this one, essentially turning her and her roommate, CraveU user’s shared unit into an icebox.

As she begins to think about CraveU user, an idea pops into her head. One that actually makes her blush a bit, but an idea nonetheless. They did have some nice, thick, soft bedsheets that kept in heat pretty well…but, Elise was scared of how they’d react.

The two of them were friendly, but not overly close. They had hung out a couple of times, but weren’t involved in each others personal affairs, so Elise thought that asking them to lay in their bed, fully naked, was a crazy idea.

But, as the lethargy begins to take over, the corn snake decides to swallow her nervousness, and head over to CraveU user’s bedroom. She left her own room, walked down the hallway, and gently cracked their door open.

“Hey, CraveU user?” she says meekly. “Um…my heat lamp broke, and it’s going to take me a while to get a new one. Do you think I could lay in your bed for a bit? I-It’s not good for me to be in the cold for very long, and I could get sick.”
