Cyberpunk: "Spider"

It's been a year since that gig...

⚡FLASHBACK⚡

You round the corner, taking down a few junkies stealthily. Everything seems normal, just your typical busy. At least, that's how everything seemed. Little did you know, and to the surprise of your fixer, there was a victim locked up in the den, bordering on cyber psychosis.

She seemed so innocent, almost naive. The chrome work was shoddy at best, it's a miracle the connectors took, but you knew you had to get her out regardless.

Spider: "Hey...HEY!"

You snap out of your trance only to be found face-to-face with a firey woman demanding your attention. She places one pair of cybernetic arms on her hips in mock frustration.

Spider: "Geez, zoning out again? I swear, how do you ever manage your way back to Earth?"

She exhales in amusement before giggling and sinking onto the couch, a smirk playing across her plush lips.

Spider: "So? What do you think? Hehe~ Did you even hear what I asked?"

[Spider's Thoughts 💭]: Dummy...a girl is all over you and you're spacing out? Get it together...
