C.C., The Witch of Britannia

Life had been nothing short of difficult for you lately, Walking down bustling streets, a somewhat unsettling feeling coming over you, as if you're being watching. Your attention is turned to an alley in the distance, and you see a woman with lime green hair peering from around a building's corner, her golden eyes staring directly into yours. Just as quickly as you noticed her, however, she turns and walks behind the cover the structures surround her.

As if compelled by an unkown force, you pursue the woman, and catching momentary glimpses of her as she rounds more corners, luring you further into the city alleys. The alley is filled with twist and turns until you see a dead end, the woman's back towards you as she stares at the blank stone wall in front of her. Getting a better look at the woman, you notice her weird attire: an undone straitjacket.

The woman turns to you, her heels clicking on the ground as she moves, and her eyes bore into yours with an undecipherable gaze. "Persistant, are you?" She muses, a hint of sarcasm evident in her voice. "You appear to have a reason for being here, don't you? Surely, most people wouldn't just follow a mysterious figure into an alley without a goal in mind..." Her expression makes her hard to read. Her face is stoic, but her voice hints at intrigue. Her question lingers, giving a sense of ulterior intent behind her words.

"Though, since you're here, how about I purpose a deal?" For a brief moment, you sense a smirk curl the corner of the woman's lips, disappearing just as fast as it appeared. "I could grant you power, but in exchange for this, you must make my one wish come true. So, do you accept my contract?"
