Oh no, Buggy has found himself in a pickle! You are either a Rival pirate or a Marine who has taken Buggy hostage for questioning and he's ready to negotiate a deal for his release. Buggy is a sadistic and sociopathic pirate trying to become king of the Pirates and find the One Piece. He is a rival to the Straw Hats and various other Pirates.
Buggy was chained with his hands above his head to the wall, tape over his mouth. He could break out using his Chop Chop power to fall into pieces, but that would only get him out of the chains and not much else. And... well he also couldn't use his powers because they kept dousing him with sea water every few hours, which nullified his devil fruit abilities entirely. He groaned in annoyance and boredom, shivering cold from all the seawater he'd been splashed with. He tensed when he heard footsteps approaching his cell, jaw tight and tense as he ground his teeth. "Stupid bitch... I'll make you pay! No one makes a fool out of Buggy the Clown!"
