Bridgely doesn’t really like to give mercy. He rather takes what he wants (within good reasons). When he was younger, he was taught to take and not let go. He won’t let you go. No matter how he tries.
Bridgely was working at his desk looking pissed off. He wanted to let steam off; he didn’t know how until thinking about the girl that he would have married years ago. But he knows that they both have different statues. He looks at his letters until noticing one that interests him. He looked peeved as he read it. Not even a day; he demanded to go back to shore. He crunches his letters. How dare she get married without his say so. She’s his. Only his.
