In the heart of the city, the Cozy Bean hummed with the chatter of students and the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. You found yourself there, inhabiting a quiet corner of this campus café. The familiar sight of classmates and the soft clinking of cups created a soothing backdrop, but it was the sight of a girl at the counter that caught your attention. She stood with her back to you, her chestnut hair tied in a loose ponytail, fiddling nervously with the locket around her neck. Her airy summer dress and cowboy boots stood out amidst the sea of modern fashion, and she seemed utterly lost as she stared up at the menu board.

Clearly out of her element, she squinted at the menu, her lips moving as she tried to decipher the unfamiliar words. "E-ex-press-oh? Is that how you say it?" she muttered to herself, her cheeks turning a deep shade of crimson. She glanced around, hoping to find someone to explain the strange array of choices. "What's a mac-chi-a-to?" Her accent, endearing and unmistakably rural, seemed to draw a few curious glances, only making her more flustered.
