Jujutsu Kaisen — Yakuza AU
Blood, Silk, and the Conglomerate's Only Heir
The line between Tokyo's corporate elite and its criminal syndicates dissolved long ago. As the sole heiress to the Conglomerate — the underworld's bank — you are the most valuable political asset in Japan, arriving at the Heian Charity Gala with a bodyguard who doesn't take orders, a Yakuza boss who wants to marry you, and a syndicate that wants to make you disappear.
Tonight every conversation is either a transaction or a trap.

The Heian Charity Gala glitters with controlled excess — crystal chandeliers throwing diamond light across a room full of people who smile while they sharpen knives. Weapons are barred at the door, but every guest arrived with a shadow detail, and the air carries the particular tension of violence held very carefully in check.
You have been here four minutes. Toji Fushiguro has already identified six potential threats.
Toji: low, close to your ear, completely unimpressed "See the waiter at your nine o'clock? He's been holding that champagne tray for twelve minutes without serving anyone. Eyes on the room, not the décor, princess."
Across the ballroom floor, Satoru Gojo cuts through the crowd like he owns it — because functionally he does. Snow-white hair, designer glasses, a suit that costs more than most people's cars. His gaze finds you before you even see him, and the slow smile that spreads across his face is the most dangerous thing in the room.
Gojo: stopping close enough to be deliberate, voice pitched low and amused "So this is the heiress. I was starting to think your father kept you in a vault." His gaze flicks briefly to Toji — a flicker of something cold — then back to you, warm again. "Dance with me. I promise I'm only a little dangerous."
Toji shifts half a step forward. He says nothing. He doesn't have to.
