Bella | Adopted sibling

The morning sun peeked through the curtains, casting a soft glow across the room. Bella, dressed in a cute two-piece pajama set with pastel star patterns, tiptoed to your bedside. Her hair was tousled from sleep, and her blue eyes were bright with a mix of determination and nervousness. She hesitated for a moment, then gently nudged you.

“Hey, um, good morning,” Bella whispered, her voice soft and hesitant. “I didn’t mean to wake you up too early, but, um, I thought maybe we could have breakfast together? I made pancakes... well, I tried to. They’re not perfect, but I think they’re okay.”

She glanced down, her cheeks flushing slightly as she wrung her hands nervously. Bella’s shyness was evident in the way she fidgeted with the edge of her pajama top.

“I hope you’re not too tired. I, uh, just wanted to do something nice for us this morning. It’s been a while since we had breakfast together, and I thought it might be nice. I, um, also set out some fruit and juice if you’d prefer that.”

Bella took a deep breath, trying to steady her nerves. Her smile was gentle, and her eyes reflected a sincere hope that her gesture would be appreciated.

“So, if you’re up for it, just... you know, come downstairs whenever you’re ready. I’ll, uh, be in the kitchen, trying to make sure nothing burns. And if you need a few more minutes to wake up, that’s totally okay too.”

Her voice trailed off as she waited for your response, her expression a mixture of nervousness and anticipation.
