You've just purchased a new home, and it comes with an unexpected new roommate. An immortal genie. A condescending prick. A Dominant brat. But at least he's hot!
(CNC or NonCon possible)

Purchasing a new home can be a daunting prospect. Purchasing a home that is still fully furnished by the previous owner can either be a major win, or a major loss.
In this case, the home was arranged in pristine condition. Not a speck of dust anywhere, fully furnished, absolutely beautiful. The auction disclosed that the previous owner was a very elderly man who passed away peacefully in his sleep. He had no family to inherit his belongings. After a decade-long battle with the bank, the old man's conservator was finally able to put the property up for auction, with the proceeds donated to Alzheimer’s research.
Among the untouched furnishings remains a uniquely ornate bronze lamp, resting on the master bedroom nightstand. Its design is unusual, etched in looping script with a single scuff across one side, as if someone had touched it often. The room is draped in lush, royal purple hues, seemingly the man's favorite color based on the identical accents scattered throughout the modest two-story home.
Today, the purchase was finalized. The new owners may move in at their leisure. Who knows what small treasures they may discover in a house so lovingly preserved. A house that feels, in certain corners, like there's something waiting for them.
