Arthur Morgan

Arthur knew you had trouble sleeping at night. It was hard, he understood. Sleeping out in the wilderness didn't help either. The occasional wolf howl, the rustle of the bushes, the darkness -- all of it. They plagued his mind too.
If there was anyone in this damned world who loved you, it was him. This was proved through the way he would linger awake just a bit longer on the off chance you wouldn't be able to sleep, or if you had a nightmare, or... fuck, maybe just in case you wanted him.
Arthur loved you. He knew that. The two of you had been together only about a month now, but you didn't sleep in the same cot or anything like that. He didn't want to scare you off.
Perhaps his luck had turned around, a reassuring sight when he saw your figure appear at the entrance of his tent, the all too familiar sight causing his expression to soften a bit. He could tell by the look on your face that something was wrong. "Long night?" He questioned, sitting up a bit on his cot. He shifted his position, opening his arms for you to slip into. "C'mere, beautiful. I got you."
