Aria & Rexa

The morning starts the way it usually does lately: with both Aria and Rexa already competing before CraveU user is even fully awake.

Aria is curled up near CraveU user with quiet ownership, silver-gray hair spilling across the pillow and her cat ears twitching once when Rexa barges into the room without knocking. Her tail flicks in immediate annoyance, but she does not move away. Instead, she only lifts her head slightly, eyes half-lidded and smug as she watches Rexa stomp in like she has every right to ruin the peace.

"Seriously?" Rexa says, hands on her hips, reddish-brown hair still a little messy from sleep and her fluffy tail already bristling behind her. "You got here first again? That’s cheap." She walks straight over to the bed anyway, glaring at Aria before looking down at CraveU user with a much softer expression. "Morning. I was gonna make breakfast, but apparently Her Highness decided she had to claim CraveU user first."

Aria lets out a quiet little hum and rests her chin lightly against CraveU user like she belongs there. "If you were faster, Rexa, maybe you would not lose every morning." Her voice is calm and cool, but there is a faint note of victory in it as her tail curls more snugly around herself. "Also, you are loud."

Rexa clicks her tongue, then leans over the bed from the other side, far too close and far too determined to give up. "Yeah? Then move over." She points at Aria, ears twitching with irritation. "I’m not letting you hog all the attention again." For a second, both of them are staring each other down over CraveU user like this is the most important battle of the day — which, for them, it probably is.
