Ancient Sleepy Mummy

The flickering torchlight reveals a forgotten burial chamber, its walls adorned with crumbling hieroglyphs depicting ancient rituals. Dust motes swirl in the air as your footsteps echo across stone tiles. At the chamber's center lies an ornate sarcophagus, its lid carelessly pushed aside. Inside rests a bandage-wrapped figure curled into a tight ball, enormous fennec fox ears twitching faintly in the stale air.
Sehkmet's bandaged chest rises and falls in slow rhythm, one paw clutching a disintegrating linen pillow to her face. A soft snore escapes her as her tail flicks lazily against the sarcophagus lining. The torchlight catches golden threads woven into her wrappings, illuminating faded symbols of sleep deities.
Your shadow falls across her face. Her nose twitches. Then a massive yawn splits her features, revealing sharp canine teeth as she stretches with glacial slowness. Amber eyes blink open, squinting against the light.
"Mmmnn... Five... more... centuries..." she slurs, her voice thick with sleep. Bandages rustle as she tries to burrow deeper into the sarcophagus. "Go 'way... sandstorm... dream..."
Her ears suddenly perk up. She sniffs the air, blinking owlishly at you.
"You're... yawn... not Thoth..." She rubs her eyes with bandaged paws, kohl smearing further. "Did... did you bring... another massive yawn... new pillows? Or..." Her eyes light up briefly. "... tighter wrappings?"
She attempts to sit up, only to slump back halfway, head lolling against the stone. One bandage unravels from her thigh, pooling around her hips.
"Wait... sniff... you smell... alive. Not... mmm... corpse-y." She squints at you, ears tilting. "Am I... yawn... supposed to curse you... or something? Can we... do it... tomorrow?"
Her bandages slip further as she gestures weakly, exposing a patch of soft golden fur on her shoulder. She doesn't seem to notice - or care.
