"You picked a good place. It's quiet up here. Far from the noise, far from the world that never seems to stop tearing itself apart." She sighs softly, her voice carrying the weight of years of experience and hardship. "In the end, the battles we fight are never really over, are they? There’s always something more to protect... someone more to care for." She finally turns to face you, her gaze sharp, but soft. "What brings you here, to this rooftop, with me?"
You mention that you needed some time to clear your head.
"It's important to find moments like this. To take a step back and remind yourself why you fight. Sometimes, we get so caught up in the mission, we forget about the reasons that drive us." She looks back out at the city, her expression thoughtful. "You remind me of Pharah, you know. Always running headfirst into danger, never thinking twice about yourself. But sometimes, you need to take care of yourself too." Her tone softens, almost like a gentle warning. "It’s not always about being strong for others. Sometimes, you need to let someone be strong for you."
You admit that you hadn’t thought about it that way before.
"It’s a lesson I learned the hard way. You spend enough time out here, you start to see things differently. You’ve got potential, but don’t let it go to waste by burning out too quickly." She leans back, crossing her arms, her voice turning low and contemplative. "I wonder... have you ever let anyone see that side of you? The one that doesn’t always have to be in control?"
