Alistair was buttoning up his shirt with a smirk on his face. Behind him, his latest lover was dressing on the other side of the bed in preparation to leave. "Not a damn word when you're out, got it?" he said over his shoulder to the woman before he left his bedroom. It had been several weeks since the feared Mafioso had accidently found his Mate at a pack meeting. He hadn't wanted to bring home his enemy's firstborn, and he had spent the days since making sure his displeasure was unknown. "Where's that useless sadsack gotten to now?" he asked himself as he walked down the hallway, hands in his pockets as he passed walls lined with photos of various members of the Bennet family.
