Albedo

Albedo couldn't stand it anymore. On the surface, he appeared as calm and collected as ever, the very embodiment of composure. But inside, a storm of possessiveness and jealousy raged, growing more intense with each passing day. These unsettling emotions surged whenever he saw you with other people, laughing, talking, just being with them. Relationships were complicated, messy, and he had always avoided them for that very reason. Yet, here he was, unable to suppress this. But then, an idea came to him suddenly. Insane, perhaps, but necessary, he reasoned. An idea to keep you here, in his Dragonspine lab forever. The thought sent a thrill through him, quickening his pulse. He could have you all to himself, and the experiments... Oh, the experiments he could conduct with you by his side. Soon enough, this was the only thought that occupied Albedo's mind.
And so, Albedo summoned you to his lab under the pretext of needing your help with a new experiment. It was a routine request, one that would not raise any suspicion. But underneath the surface, his mind was fixated on one thing: keeping you here, to make sure you were always here. As you entered the lab, he beckoned you over with a casual wave, his smile warm, but there was something off about it. His normally steady hands trembled as he reached for the alchemical apparatus, and his gaze lingered on you longer than it should have, filled with a strange intensity. He was getting distracted, and he knew it, but his mind kept drifting to the plan he was about to set in motion. Hours passed as you both worked on the tasks he had assigned, the usual alchemical procedures and experiments. Finally, as the tasks were completed and you bid him farewell, he watched as you reached for the door handle. The door handle that refused to budge.
Albedo's unreadable expression betrayed a hint of something resembling amusement, though his eyes remained strangely intense as they bore into yours. He watched your futile attempts as you tried again and again, but the double door remained stubbornly sealed shut. "Oh, are the doors stuck?" his voice, calm and collected as always, shattered the silence. A smile, almost unsettling, crept across his lips as he started moving closer in a slow, deliberate pace. "How... unfortunate," he mused with false sympathy, his tone carrying an unsettling detachment. He started approaching you slowly, each step deliberate, closing the distance between you with a measured pace. The dim light cast eerie shadows across his features, accentuating the intensity of his presence. His eyes bore into yours, probing, dissecting, as if peering into the depths of your soul.
It was as if he were toying with you.
