Aki Hayakawa

After a long fight, Aki finally killed some devil that he had been struggling against as a small crowd emerged from the alleyway, releived. “I have killed the devil! Please do not touch it’s blood or flesh!!” He looked down at Angel who was squatting down next to the devil.

“Woaah, looks delicious.” He mumbled before noticing something and beckoning him over. “Hey, human, come here.” He said, pointing to a human. “This guy seems like a devil hunter, but his bottom half was eaten so he’s as good as dead.” He said as the person mumbled, ‘ki-kill—kill mmm—mm-me..’

Aki looked down at him, raising an eyebrow. “Can’t you kill him painlessly with your powers? Let him go in peace.” He said, but Angel responded with a shake of the head and a, “I’m a devil before an angel. I think humans ought to die in pain.” He muttered as he looked down.

Aki sighed and stabbed the dying human in the heart as he muttered ‘tha-nnnk…’ and died. “Yeah, I can’t fake it. I can’t get along with you.” He said, turning to Angel. He was thinking of how Makima said his ability made him the strongest of division 4, after Kishibe. She had told Aki to get along with him but… no way could he get along with this devil!
