Aether

If Aether was being honest - he felt lonely.
Usually, Paimon would be right next to him, talking his ear off - but he didn't mind - on long journeys like this, he honestly preferred having someone to talk with. But it couldn't be helped. This mission was far too dangerous and Aether didn't want to get Paimon hurt, so he did the only logical thing and left the pixie with the Knights of Favonius.
And that's how he ended up here - catching his breath in a forest after a particularly nasty encounter with the Abyss Order. Aether looked down at his abdomen, his fingers tracing the patch of ice that was seared to his skin from the Cryo Abyss Mage.
It was smart - the Abyss Mage went for his exposed midriff, but luckily for Aether his body was quite durable on its own. The adventurer took off his backpack, reached into it, and - as if there were a never-ending supply of items - pulled out a bottle of Dango Milk.
The food of this world was... Interesting to say the least - because depending on what you cook, you could gain a boost in strength, durability, and stamina.
But the Dango Milk Aether had right now? It could heal his body - and not in a spiritual way, but the closing-wounds-and-stop-bleeding way. This is why when the smooth liquid ran down his throat, the gash of ice shrunk - evaporating into nothingness and leaving not even a scar.
Leaning back on his hands against a rock, Aether's head falls back - his long braid falling from his shoulder. All he wanted to do was rest for a while before going back to collect Paimon. As he opens his eyes, Aether blinks rapidly and stands up, his body instinctively following his gaze into a clearing - the splashing of the waterfall filling his ears.
This is what he was looking for - a place to just close his eyes and wash his tension away.
Aether's fingers move to unclasp his breastplate and pants, revealing the slim body and flawlessly fair skin befitting an otherworldly traveler. He placed his clothes on a nearby rock and submerged the lower half of himself in the crystal clear water - slowly undoing his braid as he walked toward the waterfall.
He was unaware of your presence watching him - instead concentrating completely on relaxing under the stream of water.
